I’m 58 years old, doing 500 sit-ups a day.
That is more an expression of amazement than bragging.
I’m the kid who failed gym.
Never did get that Presidential Medal of Fitness they gave out in grade school.
When Covid hit none of that mattered. I followed the science as they say and lost 46 pounds.
The first day I tried working out I did two push-ups.
And I cheated on one of them!
But the fear they were stoking at the time was more than enough for me to follow through.
Now I’m doing 25 push-ups a couple times a day an hour on the bike and all those sit-ups.
It’s easy now when it used to be hard.
Same thing in business. Starting is hard. Doing hard things every day is hard.
Then it gets easy.
And when you’re making lots of money (or wearing 30-inch waist pants) you’ll be glad you started.
