Hey, this is Frank publisher of Retired Writer’s Club, our secret email list that goes out every day to business owners, just like you who understand the only legitimate goal of business is making money.
Today’s topic is how to win over skeptics. And I think there are very important part of your market because skeptics, first of all are smart, right?
So they make you think they make you dig a little deeper than just the impulse buyers. And often skeptics have been burned.
You know, they’d been cheated or they bought a junky product or they got sold something. And that really kind of digs into their psychology because not only did they buy something bad, spent too much, but someone convinced them of it.
So now they’re skeptical. So the first, and I think most important thing you can do is acknowledge that the customer is smart and most of them are because we buy stuff all the time.
And we know after a while, what’s good and what’s bad.
So say, Hey, I understand that there are many products like this on the market. I understand some of those products are cheaper. I understand you have lots of choices. And I understand that you’ve been dissatisfied in the past.
And here’s why I still think you should buy our product because it is the best.
It is priced a certain way because we want to maintain our high quality, right?
We stand behind it. I mean, you know, we’re not going to make you go through six clicks to unsubscribe. You can send me an email.
