Just bought a sailboat from a lovely gentleman.
Rather than take the cash and run he took me out for a shakedown cruise.
Taught me the particulars of that boat and gave me some skills I didn’t have. What a nice guy.
But I couldn’t understand why I was a little itchy.
Fact is I bought the boat because I wanted to be the captain.
I want to go down to the dock throw the lines off and be at one with the wind and the water.
I’m pretty sure a lot of people are uncomfortable being passengers in automobiles as well. At least I am.
Same thing with our business lives.
Having a job is great no doubt about it. But having your own business is even better.
Being in charge of your own destiny at all times lends power to life.
Yes there are different challenges than being an employee which is the same thing as being a passenger.
A great thing about our system is you don’t have to do one or the other right away.
You can get started today and build your own ship on the side
Retired Writer’s Club has everything you need I would say in the same way that that lovely gentleman showed me what I needed to know about that lovely sailboat. And just like him I am available to you. He’s answered some questions on text and you can always contact me if you have questions.
