Baseball nerds had a weird idea years ago.
Everyone laughed when they suggested, because they were nerds ….
… and because it bucked the common wisdom.
Their idea was that the most important thing for a baseball team to win games was a metric known as OBP, or on-base percentage.
The idea remained an outlier until Billy Beane tried it with the Oakland A’s.
That experiment became the basis of the Moneyball book and movie.
It eventually worked and was proven when the Boston Red Sox used it to win the World Series.
I have a similar idea that people reject, or laugh at, when I say that people buy their emotions and not actual products.
It’s the basis of my book, MANIPULATION.
And it’s all good. Doesn’t really matter to me what people think because I can see it with my own eyes.
What does matter to me is that you make more money using it.
It is simple to understand when you listen to the 6-hour program detailing the 71 emotional triggers.
