I scrawled a sentence on an index card before I went to bed last night:
What are the emotions in the customer?
That is the job I have given myself. To think about the emotions that are in the customer, as it pertains to my product.
I recommend you adopt this job yourself.
What is it that my customer wants? What are their secret needs, their dark imaginings?
Once you get the picture of that boiling cauldron, how do you present your offer so that it satisfies those emotions?
